Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days of your placing an order. During December and other peak periods, we may require several days to process and deliver your order, and will inform you of any unusual delays. We charge a local shipping service for NY, NJ and CT states and use USPS as our main carrier. If you would like to request an alternative carrier, please email us with your order number to Due to the perishability of our chocolates, we DO NOT SHIP chocolates on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Additionally, if the location of your delivery is in an area that may have a chance of reaching temperatures of 70 degrees Farenheit or more, we will need to charge an additional $10 for ice packs in your shipment. Prior to doing so however, we will inform you via email. Hell's Candy will not assume responsibility for any incorrect addresses provided; delivery, return and re-delivery charges will apply. We strongly recommend you confirm that the recipient or other responsible party will be available to receive, open and properly store you order.

Hell's Candy does not accept returns on any food or lifestyle item. We are able to exchange lifestyle items that are unused and unopenned. A restocking fee of $9.95 will apply and all shipping charges will be deducted from any difference in price with your exchanged and replaced items.  We are unable to replace food items that perish due to recipient's being unavailability at the time of delivery. Furthermore, please note that our boxes are clearly marked "perishable" on the outside and we are not responsible for the items received but not opened. Please inspect all packages upon receipt and notify Customer Service within 24 hours with any problems. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed.
